Olde York Farms Homeowners Association is a self-managed, tax-exempt non-profit corporation. Incorporated on September 28, 2007. The association community is located in York County, South Carolina.

This upscale custom-built private residential community of 354 acres features 44 lots from flat to low rolling terrain. All lots range from 5 to 23 acres with each having hardwoods, pines, and other varieties. Some lots are open fields with minimal trees. You'll find the community on SC Route 49, locally known as the Charlotte Highway, is about a third of the way from York City toward Lale Wylie. The community can reach Interstate 77 about 12 miles east, and Interstate 85 is 22 miles to the north. The Olde York Farms community is located within York School District 1, a suburban school district in York County. The district has 10 schools ranging from Pre-K to 12th grade serving more than 5,200 students. Nearby is Winthrop University in Rock Hill , Loading ... about 12 miles distant.
The York County Sheriff's Department provides the primary security for the community, whereas the South Carolina State Police serves as primary traffic enforcement and accident investigations.
Ambulance and fire suppression services normally serves our area from Newport Fire Department Station 3 located on Route 161, and additional fire suppression services from Bethel Volunteer Fire Department on Lincoln Rd. Do note that York County uses a countywide EMS system, and fire departments—especially volunteer ones—serve as first responders, not transport service.
